Teresa England, PT,
MPT

A graduate of both
Pacific University School of Physical Therapy and the Post-Professional
Masters in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University, Teresa is a
distinguished physical therapist providing both breadth and depth of
skill. She became a Clinical Instructor at the world-renowned Rancho Los
Amigos Medical Center. Later, she joined the clinical faculty at the
University of Southern California in the Department of Biokinesiology
and Physical Therapy as Director of the Faculty Practice.
She was among the
first physical therapists in the United States to become certified in
Vestibular Rehabilitation and continued on to obtain Advanced
Certification. Teresa is one of only a few physical therapists with
extensive expertise in neuromuscular re-education of facial disorders
and is a current member of the prestigious House Ear Clinic Facial Nerve
Team. She is the Director of England Physical Therapy.
In addition to her
private practice, Teresa is actively engaged in education. She is a
member of the clinical faculty at Loma Linda University and Azusa
Pacific University and guest faculty at Western University. She is
recognized nationally for her teaching in Vestibular/Balance
Rehabilitation and Observational Gait Analysis. She appeared on The
Oprah Winfrey show for her expertise in facial neuromuscular
rehabilitation.
Sonya Huizar-Smith,
PT, DPT

Dr. Huizar-Smith is the
honored recipient of the 2007 American Physical Therapy Association
Minority Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence. She received her
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the
University
of Southern California and her doctorate in Physical Therapy from
Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Huizar-Smith is fluent in Spanish.
Chris Telesmanic,
DPT

Dr. Telesmanic
received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University.
While at LLU, he received many honors including the Rising Star Award,
the Faculty Award and the Excellence of Student Research Award. Dr.
Telesmanic has a passion for the pursuit of knowledge and advanced
expertise in the realm of orthopedics and is graduate of the Kaiser
Orthopedic Residency Program.
Sherri Bower, BS, PTA

Sherri Bower is fully
certified and licensed by the State of California as a Physical
Therapist Assistant. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology
and Health Promotion at California State University Fullerton.
Sherri has a diverse
background and experience in many different aspects of physical
therapy. Her work in private practice, hospital and home health
settings gives her a unique perspective on the rehabilitation
continuum. She has extensive experience with orthopedic injuries,
post-operative rehabilitation and work hardening/work conditioning
programs.
